Daniel Morris has navigated through 30 years in the hospitality industry. Starting as a dishwasher in his teens, he quickly learned about taking "ownership" when he was handed keys to an establishment at just 19. As he learned the ropes of management and responsibility, Daniel's passion for the industry grew
Combining that passion, with a love for music, he pursed employment in nightclubs and bars. At age 27 he purchased Ripley's Alive, in the heart of the University of Cincinnati's bar district. After 5 years, the building that housed the 400 seat live-music venue was sold and Daniel moved on to management and music promotion for Barrelhouse Brewing Company in downtown Cincinnati.

With a desire to "go west", he landed in Colorado, where he managed the bar at the oldest continually operating saloon in that state. Traveling further west, he settled in picturesque Malibu, where he worked in private catering and location management for film, print, and television.
